A local operation team of a multinational financial institution
Business Challenge
Customer's regional office created regional dashboards with Qlik Sense for different markets. Our customer, the Hong Kong Head of Operations find the dashboard very useful and want to further localize it by leveraging the existing Qilk Sense licenses. However, customer has no expertise in Hong Kong while engaging the vendor through regional office is not cost effective as they are based in Australia.

Connecting data to its context is the key element in dashboard design. We took following steps to build solutions for the customer:

Identified KPIs in each dashboard

Designed wireframes and reviewed with stakeholders to illustrate how data insights are visualized

Designed the Data Extraction Flow and implemented the data feeds with customer's IT team

Sent our developers onsite to work with customer's project team to protect data security
